Move-Out Clean

This home was a move-out deep clean for 2 gentlemen that wanted to ensure they received their deposit back. The home was already empty of everything which made it a lot easier to focus on what needed the most help, and help we did!

Open House

This home was prepared for an open house to showcase the beauty of the home. While the family went to the beach for the weekend we cleaned and gave the home some extra TLC so that potential buyers would see the home for the gem it was. Most home owners don't see the little things through out that are visible to fresh eyes because they live with it everyday. Tenant Move-Out

This little home was owned by a couple that had several properties and needed a cleaning so that they could rent it out again after the last tenant left. It was left in disarray and needed a scrub-down from top to bottom but we were able to give them back their home in tip-top shape so that it could go back on the market as soon as possible. Quick-turn around is very important to our clients and us!

Construction Clean-Up

This client only needed one room and some items to be cleaned. The ceiling had collapsed on top of their personal belongings and insulation from the attic was in every nook and cranny imaginable. After the construction was done, a thorough clean-up was needed before the painters could come in. Not only were we able to clean the ceiling, walls, and floors for them, but we also cleaned items that were in the room when the ceiling fell that had insulation left on them. Post-construction clean-up can be very tedious, so let us take care of it while you enjoy your new surroundings!

Hoarder’s Home

This clean was for a gentleman that was going to be coming home after being in a care center for over a month. He took care of his wife for 3 years before she passed and was not able to keep up with the home during that time or the 3 years since. When the facility discovered the conditions he was living in and what he was going to come back to, they called us and over the course of a few days we were able to get the home in good enough condition that he could be discharged and finally come home. Deep Clean

This clean was requested by a family member for her brother that was going into surgery.
